    My hair is currently naturally white

    My hair is currently naturally white, around level 9+. When I applied this color, it turned into a blue shade. My experience was good.

    Felt fake too conditionery and it made my hair red instead of pink

    It was packaged a bit poorly the box was damaged and the dye felt watery and conditionery and neon pink turned my hair red
